Our business started as the need for quality and affordable computer support grew in Fresno over the years. For over 10 years some of our staff have been doing support for individual users, small businesses to very large entities housing over 3000 computers. We have the  experience dealing with every aspect in computer support that most organizations face today in an ever changing technology world of business and education.

In the early years, we faced huge challenges working for big entities. These challenges gave us the technical knowledge and expertise that we posses today; from supporting just a few networked computers in small offices to hundreds of computers connected to over 30 different network domains with multiple servers.

Later on we faced bigger challenges; from moving novel networks to Windows NT networks, consequently leading to consolidating multiple servers with multiple domains to single domains with just a few very powerful rack mounted servers. During this process we were introduced to Network Attached Storage (NAS) and Storage Area Networks (SAN). As the need for higher bandwidth in large organizations grew, so did the technology and we were part of it; from converting network lines from Cat3 to Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6 and fiber optic to replacing old network hubs with switches, routers and high end Cisco routers.

In the recent years we have assisted in moving from windows NT 4.0 domains entities to the new windows 2000/2003 Active Directory Domain. During such projects we have managed SQL Servers, Exchange Servers, DHCP Servers, Terminal Services Servers, IIS Servers, Norton Antivirus Servers, Backup Servers, Norton Ghost Servers, Altiris Servers and clients and several File and Print Services Servers. We have acquired the expertise in dealing with very custom server and client software applications for record tracking, optical imaging and OCR.  

Recently we became experts in managing Active Directory domain services; from user accounts to Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Log on scripts, log off scripts, batch processing, automated backups and recovery, remote installation services, Remote Terminal Services and Remote Desktop, Exchange e-mail accounts, Network Security, Routing, Wireless Access and Access Points and very extensive file and print sharing and services.

Our helpdesk and customer service that we have acquired over the years is unmatched. From developing customer service and work order databases to managing help desk staff. We have worked with support companies that provide support for name brand companies such as Dell, HP, Sony, Compaq, IBM, Toshiba, Acer, Apple, Gateway, E-machines and others.
